Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in secondary science education (ECTs welcome—our induction programme is excellent!).

Patience, creativity, adaptability, and a sense of humour (especially when experiments don’t go quite to plan!).
Strong curriculum knowledge and excellent communication skills.
