Job description:
We are seeking a confident and personable Restaurant Host to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be the welcoming face of the restaurant, responsible for creating a warm, professional first impression and ensuring a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure.
This is a full-time role based on 40 hours per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will:
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations and table allocations to ensure smooth service flow
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Handle guest enquiries, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
- Support smooth opening and closing procedures
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, offers, and restaurant information
- Ensure guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure
- Identify opportunities to enhance service and support revenue growth
You have:
- Experience working in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Basic IT skills and confidence using booking or POS systems
- Experience with reservation or restaurant management systems is desirable
