Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and confident Cocktail Mixologist/ Bartender / Server to work in a busy venue: The Acre Pub in March.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role combining cocktail making, bar service, and food service. You’ll need to be confident switching between roles and delivering high standards during busy service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails to spec
- Deliver efficient bar service, table service drinks, and food service
- Confidently upsell drinks, cocktails, and add-ons to increase spend per head
- Take orders, run food, and manage sections during peak service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar and floor
- Perform under pressure during busy services, weekends, and events
- Contribute to cocktail ideas and seasonal menus
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year strong cocktail experience (essential)
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and correct specs
- Confident in upselling and engaging with customers
- Comfortable with food service and table service
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be able to travel to March for shifts
- Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
