We're looking for a dedicated Leisure Attendant to join our Spa, Wellbeing & Fitness team. If you enjoy creating outstanding guest experiences, take pride in maintaining high standards, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Leisure Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our spa, pool and wellbeing facilities are safe, clean, welcoming and operating at the highest standards.
You will be the friendly face our guests see throughout their visit, helping to create memorable experiences while maintaining the exceptional environment Champneys is known for.
What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the opening and closing of the Spa, Wellbeing & Fitness areas

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of poolside, changing rooms, wet areas and relaxation spaces

Conducting routine pool testing and recording results in line with company procedures

Monitoring saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and other thermal experiences to ensure they are operating safely and effectively

Ensuring towels and guest amenities are fully stocked

Supporting laundry operations when required

Engaging with guests and providing information about daily activities and services

Responding promptly to safety concerns and escalating issues when necessary

Following all health, safety and pool operating procedures

Understands the importance of health and safety compliance
Previous leisure, hospitality, spa or fitness experience would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
