Receptionist – Autograph Dental Cambridge

We are looking for a welcoming, friendly, organised and adaptable individual to join our growing team at Autograph Dental in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive practice where patient care and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

The ideal candidate:

Has experience working in a dental, orthodontic, or medical office.
Enjoys working with people and providing excellent service.
Is enthusiastic, reliable, punctual and well presented.
Thrives in a developing, team-oriented environment.
Naturally hospitable with a positive professional attitude.
Highly organised, precise and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A fast learner who can adapt quickly in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and relay accurate information.
Manage appointment scheduling, including rescheduling cancellations and booking follow-ups.
Managing emails and general enquires professionally.
Process patient payments and maintain accurate records.
Assist patients with forms, information and general support.
Ensure effective communication by relaying messages to clinicians in a timely manner.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: In-person at our practice
