Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by ensuring efficient administrative processes and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organisational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Duties

Manage and maintain sales records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management review.
Handle customer inquiries, providing timely responses and resolving issues as they arise.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Utilise Hubspot CRM software for tracking sales leads, quotations, and customer information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Maintain an organised office environment that supports the sales team's needs.

Skills

Proficient in IT with strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and office applications.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
Experience in sales administration or a similar role is advantageous.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is preferred but not essential.
