Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be on an average salary of £25000 but can earn more with commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
Provide detailed information about various car models, features, and financing options.
Conduct test drives with potential buyers, highlighting the benefits of each vehicle.
Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring that all vehicles are clean and presentable.
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers post-sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Upsell additional products and services, including warranties and maintenance packages.
Utilise sales management software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
