Electrician Required – Join the Antler Team

Antler Construct are a family-run building company based in Somerset, specialising in high-end renovations, barn conversions, heritage properties and bespoke residential projects across the Quantocks, Bridgwater, Taunton, Wellington and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing team on a full-time employed basis.

This is not repetitive site work. Our projects are varied, interesting and completed to a high standard for clients who expect quality, professionalism and excellent customer service.

We are looking for somebody who takes genuine pride in their work, communicates well with customers and wants to be part of a supportive team environment where their work is valued.

Salary & Benefits

£42,000–£48,000 depending on experience

The Role

Installation, maintenance and repair of domestic electrical systems
Electrical work within renovation, restoration and conversion projects
Fault finding, testing and troubleshooting
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Working independently and alongside Antler site teams
Maintaining a tidy, organised and professional working environment
Delivering excellent customer service and communication throughout projects
Potential opportunity to help develop an apprentice within the business

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician
NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition / Testing & Inspection preferred
Full UK driving licence
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Pride in high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong communication skills

We are open to the right candidate even if they do not currently hold every qualification, as we are happy to invest in additional training and development for somebody with the right attitude and work ethic.
