Location: Wingham, nr Canterbury, Kent

Job Type: Part-Time (4 Days per Week) Monday to Thursday 8.30-1.00 and 2.00-5.30

Start Date: Immediate start available or we are prepared to wait for the right candidate.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly, professional team in Wingham. Our practice is a well-established mixed, mainly private, village dental practice with a strong reputation for providing high-quality patient care in a welcoming environment. We are a small, supportive team that takes pride in delivering excellent service to our patients while maintaining a positive and enjoyable workplace.

About the Role -

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, supporting both our clinical and administrative teams. You will help ensure excellent patient experiences, efficient practice operations, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities -

Overseeing the daily management of the practice.

Leading and supporting a small team of dental professionals.

Managing patient services and maintaining high standards of care.

Monitoring compliance, policies, and practice procedures.

Handling staffing, rotas, and general administration.

Supporting business performance and practice growth.

About You -

Previous dental practice management experience is preferred.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Positive, professional, and approachable manner.

Ability to encourage, motivate and support a team.

Knowledge of dental compliance and practice systems is essential.
