Key Responsibilities:
· Efficient and logical route planning across the UK
· Allocating technicians and engineers to projects based on skillset and job requirements
· Sourcing, booking, and building long-term relationships with sub-contractors
· Coordinating accommodation and logistics for mobile response teams
· Communicating clearly with our customer base and internal/external stakeholders
· Hiring specialist equipment when required for bespoke project needs
· Creating purchase orders and reconciling credit card expenditure accurately
· Continuously triaging and re-prioritising jobs to meet real-time operational needs
· Organising vehicle repairs, servicing, and sourcing additional vehicles when needed

Essential:
1. Strong administrative background (min. 2 years)
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail-focused

5. Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues over the phone.
Desirable:
1. Previous experience in logistics/diary planning
2. Full UK driving licence

Location & Schedule
This is an office-based role in Redruth, Cornwall.
You’ll work Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern (one week of early shifts, 8:00am–5:00pm, followed by one week of late shifts, 9:00am–6:00pm).
You must be able to reliably commute to our Redruth office or have plans to relocate prior to starting the role.
