Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Cardiff-based team. This is a full-time position working across a variety of commercial and public sector sites, including retail parks, housing developments, and public open spaces

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of grounds maintenance duties, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control, litter picking, and general landscape upkeep. You will play a key role in ensuring outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard, creating safe, clean, and attractive environments for clients and the public

This role would suit someone with previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Competitive salary, company phone, uniform, and opportunities for progression are provided

Qualifications

Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
Experience using grass-cutting, hedge-trimming, and grounds maintenance equipment
Full UK driving licence preferred
PA1/PA6 spraying certificates beneficial but not essential
Experience working in commercial environments, retail parks, housing developments, or public spaces advantageous
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
