FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPER & FACILITIES ASSISTANT

Blackwood, South Wales

£28,000 - £32,000 per year

Monday to Friday

We are a busy entrepreneurial family operating multiple successful businesses across South Wales.

With business commitments, family responsibilities and a fast-paced lifestyle, we are looking for an exceptional Housekeeper & Facilities Assistant to help maintain high standards across our home and business environments.

This is not a standard cleaning role.And if you are a company we are not interested.

We are looking for somebody who takes pride in creating organised, clean and well-maintained spaces without requiring constant supervision or instruction.

The successful candidate will become a trusted and valued part of our wider team, helping ensure that both our family home and business premises are always presented to a high standard.

The Role

The role will be split between supporting a busy family household and assisting with facilities, presentation and deep cleaning duties within our hospitality businesses.

Household Responsibilities

Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming family home
Laundry, ironing and wardrobe organisation
Changing bedding and towels
Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Kitchen cleaning and organisation
Bathroom cleaning and maintenance
Internal window cleaning
Emptying bins and managing household waste
Organising family living spaces and reducing clutter
Managing cleaning products and household supplies
Helping ensure the home is consistently maintained to a high standard

Business Responsibilities

Deep cleaning hospitality premises
Floor maintenance and presentation
Washroom cleaning and replenishment
Window and glass cleaning
General facilities and housekeeping support
Assisting management with maintaining exceptional standards across multiple sites

Who We’re Looking For

This position would suit somebody who enjoys creating order, takes initiative and gains satisfaction from maintaining high standards.

We are looking for somebody who notices what needs doing without waiting to be asked.

You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own workload and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

Previous experience within housekeeping, hospitality, hotels, facilities management or high-standard domestic cleaning would be highly advantageous.
