Full job description

```Duties:```
- Clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel lobby, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas
- Ensure that all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist guests with their luggage and provide excellent customer service
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed

- Serve guest in Bar when require

- Prepare food for room Service

- Providing Support in Late Night Check in / Out Process

-Provide Support in Running Night Audit

-Provide Support in Daily Reception Task

```Skills:```
- Hospitality: Provide friendly and welcoming service to all guests
- Phone etiquette: Ability to handle phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Hotel experience: Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services
- Guest services: Able to anticipate and fulfill guest needs in a timely manner
- Multilingual/Bilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

- Crisis Management - Support Night Duty Manager in crisis situation
