BARBER / CLUB LEAD The Reset Club, Cardiff

The Reset Club is not your average barbershop.

We’re building a modern men’s lifestyle destination focused on grooming, fashion, fragrance, skincare, confidence, and community, bringing together barbering, contemporary retail, and men’s wellbeing under one roof.

We’re looking for an experienced barber who wants more than just a chair.

This role is for someone who can become the face and energy of The Reset Club, someone passionate about men’s style, grooming, self-care, fashion, and creating an experience people want to be part of.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering high-quality barbering services
Helping lead the day-to-day atmosphere and culture of The Reset Club
Building relationships with clients and community members
Selling and promoting our curated clothing, fragrance, skincare, and grooming ranges
Advising customers on products, style, and self-care
Supporting social content, events, launches, and brand collaborations
Helping grow the club into one of Cardiff’s most exciting men’s lifestyle spaces

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Is an experienced barber with strong people skills
Has a genuine interest in men’s fashion, grooming, skincare, and lifestyle brands
Understands modern culture, trends, and presentation
Is confident speaking to people and building community
Wants to grow with a new concept and be part of something bigger
Brings energy, ideas, personality, and ambition
