JOB TITLE – Guest Relations Associate
DEPARTMENT – Front Office
CONTRACT TYPE – Permanent
RATE OF PAY – £12.27 per hour plus amazing benefits
HOURS – 22.5 hours per week
LOCATION – Newport, NP18 1HQ

Excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail
The go-to expertise for guest inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information across all outlets
Exceptional service skills towards guests and colleagues with professionalism and warmth
An in-depth understanding of The Celtic Collection and all its services
Experience in handling multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring attention to detail in every interaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creating a seamless guest experience

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Be the first point of contact for guests via phone and email, delivering a warm and helpful service
Provide a personalised experience, ensuring every guest interaction feels special
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Celtic Collection and all its services to assist guests effectively
Work efficiently back of house, handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and attention to detail
