Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant to join our busy hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth operation and high standards of hygiene. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience within the food service industry, whether you have prior restaurant, hotel, or culinary experience or are eager to develop your skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors
Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of workstations and storage areas
Supporting the movement of supplies and ingredients around the kitchen
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in line with health regulations
Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment is advantageous but not essential; a keen willingness to learn is equally valued
Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations is desirable
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

A Bonus will be paid if you work 20 out of 23 League Games.
