Duties
- all types of drainage and civils works deep excavation works civils, kerbing, slabbing etc we also work on power network so tickets for this will be an advantage
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational goals and maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Adhere to company policies and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in organising resources and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions.
Experience
- ganger must have at least 4 years experience wit good cv
- cscs 360, dumper tickets, confined space and clean uk driving licence, shea power an advantage, street works
- labourer must have cscs and uk driving licence shea power an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates willing to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
