We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based at ICC Waterfront Hall, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern:

30 hours per week
Monday – Sunday
Normal working hours between 07:00am and 04:00pm
Event Shifts – 06:00pm and 01:00am
Evenings, Weekdays and Weekends as required

The Role:

Contract Auditing – (Carry out Quality Audits as per schedule and per company policy)
Client Contact – (Meet with Clients as per schedule)
Assisting with Payroll when needed
Check Staff Uniforms
Assisting the operations manager with Induction Training - (All new starts and staff moving sites must get induction training as per induction training list)
Ensuring all members of staff are completing their roles to the best of their abilities including checking each of their areas on an adhoc basis
Ensuring all areas are fully stock such as toilet role dispensers, soap dispensers
Keeping own store area clean, tidy, colour coded and up to spec.
Fully flexible approach needed
Holiday Cover – (Assist the are supervisor with Approving or not approving as per staff engagement APP, cover sickness)
Stock Ordering
Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary
Full compliance with COSHH and colour coding.
Ensure all clothing, including footwear and personal hygiene is of the highest standards in accordance with company guidelines at all times.
Daily Staff Management

The Person:

Exceptional customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential
Previous work experience in customer service employment
Current BICS Qualifications
Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
