About the Role
Omeya Day Spa is seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding customer service in a luxurious and relaxing environment.
This is an opportunity to join an extremely busy, fast-paced salon and spa, with a loyal client base and a reputation for excellence. As such, previous salon experience is essential, and the successful candidate must be confident managing a full treatment column while consistently delivering exceptional client care and maintaining our high standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding and protecting the reputation of Omeya Day Spa, ensuring every client receives a professional and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of beauty and spa treatments to the highest professional standard.
- Manage a busy appointment schedule efficiently and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer care and create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every client.
- Conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, presentation, hygiene, and client confidentiality.
- Uphold and protect the reputation of Omeya Day Spa through excellent service and attention to detail.
- Promote retail products and spa services where appropriate.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to impeccable standards.
- Support and encourage junior team members and contribute positively to the team environment.
- Maintain accurate client records and comply with all health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 3 years' salon/spa experience is essential.
- Proven ability to work confidently in a busy salon environment.
- Strong skills in beauty therapy treatments including facials, waxing, massage, manicure and pedicure services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and motivated approach to work.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Working Hours
- Part-time position.
- Must be available to work at least one evening per week.
- Must be available to work every Saturday.
- Additional hours may be available during busy periods and holiday cover.
