To further expand our Highways team, we are looking for a Senior Engineer to join us in Bristol. Working closely with your peers, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of Highway schemes and Access roads design.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Overseeing and participating in the production and delivery of the geometrical design
Checking of design and drawings prepared by other engineers
Undertaking traffic signs and road markings design
Carrying out RRRAP assessments
Defining Road Safety Audit briefs and responses
Technical leadership and guidance to junior Engineers

On top of that, you’ll have:

A degree in Civil Engineering
Achieved Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or be working towards it
A range of experience working in a design environment on Highways projects in the UK
Demonstrable skills in the Design Manual for Roads and Bridge (DMRB)
Experience in Civil3D and Autodesk products
A sound understanding of CDM Regulations
Preferable experience in ProjectWise
