Job Summary
Al Falah Global Travel Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Travel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our travel services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient service delivery. This role is ideal for a travel operations professional with strong leadership skills who can manage booking operations, supplier relationships, travel logistics, and operational performance while supporting the continued growth of the business.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of travel services, reservations, and customer support functions.
- Oversee domestic and international travel bookings, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and tour arrangements.
- Supervise travel consultants, reservations staff, and operations personnel to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, tourism partners, and other travel suppliers.
- Monitor operational KPIs, booking accuracy, customer feedback, and service quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, company policies, health and safety requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage operational budgets, supplier contracts, service agreements, and cost-control initiatives.
- Resolve complex customer issues, travel disruptions, and operational challenges professionally.
- Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Requirements
- Experience in travel operations, tourism management, hospitality operations, travel consultancy, reservations management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or management experience within the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of travel booking systems, airline operations, tour coordination, customer service, and supplier management.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple travel projects, operational priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, travel reservation platforms, and reporting software.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: £3,500.00-£5,800.00 per month
