Main purpose of the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join us, based at our Head Office in Doncaster with agile/hybrid working. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects, within budget, to time and to agreed quality expectations.
The postholder will have direct responsibility for project identification, initiation, delivery, closure, and benefits realisation. This includes managing project team activities, facilitating steering groups, maintaining governance documentation, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across the company. They will ensure that appropriate risk management procedures and escalation paths are in place and will hold budget management responsibility for all assigned projects. They will also manage supplier relationships within the confines of project deliverables and service transition.
The ideal candidate will be IPM, PMI or APM qualified and have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. They must be able to prepare and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation and dependencies.

The successful candidate will be creative and able to solve problems and take full ownership of multiple projects. They will be a straightforward communicator with the confidence and ability to challenge in an open and honest way.
Experience within the Housebuilding/Construction sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
