Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom Assistant
Full-Time – 40 Hours per Week
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
1 in Every 3 Saturdays (with a weekday off in return)
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Showroom Assistant with strong sales experience to join our busy Kitchen & Bathroom showroom. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right products, and guiding them through the full sales process from initial enquiry to final order, along side our design team
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for interior design, home improvement, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide friendly, professional support
- Booking design consultations and home measures for our designer
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on enquiries
- Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
- Manage product samples, brochures, and displays
- Liaise with suppliers and internal team members to ensure smooth order processing
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries
- Daily social media post essential.
Requirements
- Sales experience is essential
- Experience in kitchen or bathroom sales strongly preferred
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer enquiries
- Comfortable using IT systems, order software, and email
- Communicating between staff using teams.
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Ability to work Saturdays on a 1-in-3 rota
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- 1 in every 3 Saturdays (with a weekday off the same week)
