Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Barista/Bartender to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering memorable experiences, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar setting is essential.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and soft drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver prompt service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista/bartender station in accordance with food safety standards.
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote special offers or menu items.
Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a similar role is essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
A positive attitude and team player mentality are essential for success in this role.
