We are looking to appoint an experienced MIG Welder at our fencing factory in Gorton, Manchester to join part of our active production team.
You must have previous experience of manufacturing steel gates and railings as you will be working in a fast paced manufacturing environment, welding pre-fabricated mild steel, producing a wide range of bespoke standard products.
Responsibilities
- Use a MIG welder to assemble fabricated metal products in a efficient manner to maximize production
- Maintain the highest levels of product quality and workmanship
- Ensuring the completing products in a timely and efficient manner.
Experience and Qualifications Required Must have experience with MIG Welding
- Ability to weld vertical, flat and overhead welds with a good penetration and quality appearance
- Have a good understanding of engineering drawings and cutting lists.
- Have a good ability to use various handheld portable tools
This Position is Monthly Pay.
Full Time / Permanent position Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm
