Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be first point of contact for incoming orders and when the time permits, to undertake direct outgoing sales activities to existing customers. The role is varied and includes assisting with the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall productivity and success of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment. Full time hours (35hrs per week) available for right candidate.

Responsibilities

Sales administration - working within the office, processing and generating orders.
Sales calls to existing and new customers.
Debt chasing, banking, stock control, filing and other office duties.
Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Organise and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse space.
Assist with inventory management and stocktaking as required.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good physical fitness, capable of lifting heavy items as necessary.
All aspects of training will be given.
