This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career across sales, lettings, and property management. No previous estate agency experience is required – we'll provide full training, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you develop into a well-rounded property professional.
What You'll Be Doing Sales & Lettings
- Assisting clients with buying, selling, letting, and renting properties
- Conducting property viewings and rental viewings
- Registering buyers, tenants, landlords, and applicants
- Generating new business opportunities and building relationships with homeowners and landlords
- Negotiating sales offers and tenancy agreements
- Supporting sales and lettings progression from instruction through to completion or move-in
- Creating and updating property listings across online portals and social media
Property Management
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers
- Reporting and coordinating maintenance issues
- Arranging contractor appointments and monitoring works
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
- Supporting tenancy renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Helping ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and safety requirements
- Delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants throughout their tenancy
General Responsibilities
- Managing enquiries via phone, email, website, and social media
- Maintaining accurate property records and CRM systems
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day branch activities
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey
What We're Looking For

- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
