Production & Packing Team Member

Location: Hames Chocolates Ltd, Skegness

Hames Chocolates Ltd is looking for a full-time, permanent Team Member to join our busy Production and Packing Teams.

This hands-on role involves making and packing a wide range of chocolate products, including Easter eggs, chocolate bars, truffles, and Advent calendars. You will work as part of a friendly team to ensure products are manufactured and packed to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the production of chocolate products
Packing and preparing products for distribution
Maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
Following production schedules and workplace procedures
Supporting colleagues and helping where needed across the department
Operate chocolate making/packing equipment efficiently to meet daily targets
Adhere to company policies and procedures relate to production operations

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to pitch in and work as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Basic maths skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Previous production or packing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
