Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Administrator professional to join our team in Yate. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet those needs effectively.

This is a full time position.

This is a key role within our organisation, please see below what the role entails

What the role involves:

Processing and monitoring orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
Progressing Orders
Chasing Customer quotations
Serving customers needs over the trade counter
Dealing with incoming calls and queries
Assisting in purchasing by liaising with supplier
Picking & Packing
Local deliveries in the company van
Dealing with Trade counter sales
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
You are responsible for your health and safety and have a duty of care for others around you.
Work Experience:
Knowledge of Stock Management
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word ,Gmail
Willing to learn and want to progress within a leading independent company
