Full job description

Setyres, part of Southern Tyreco Limited, is a well-established family-run company with over 60 years of experience in the automotive industry. Predominantly based across the South East of England, we operate a network of wholesale, retail, and commercial depots throughout the region.

We are currently looking for an MOT Tester/ Experienced Mechanic / to join our busy branch in Dorchester.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out MOT tests in accordance with VOSA / DVSA guidelines
Performing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Diagnosing faults and completing work to a high standard
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at all times
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements

Valid MOT Testing Licence
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience as a mechanic and MOT tester
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
