You'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them take the first steps on their homeownership journey while supporting our Mortgage Advisors behind the scenes.

As a Mortgage Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include....
- Taking enquiries from existing clients, introducers, referrals and online sources
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to client queries
- Building rapport with clients and understanding their mortgage requirements
- Booking appointments between clients and Mortgage Advisors
- Liaising with advisors to ensure client needs and circumstances are clearly understood
- Managing advisors' pipelines and monitoring priority cases
- Keeping in touch with prospective buyers and house hunters
- Completing Agreements in Principle through lender portals
- Researching lender criteria and sourcing suitable mortgage solutions
- Ensuring all compliance requirements and documentation are completed accurately, including disclosure documents, FCA and GDPR disclosures, KFIs and suitability reports
We're looking for a Mortgage Support Coordinator who has the following skills and experience...
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and administration skills are a must!
- Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively
- Mortgage, financial services or administration experience would be advantageous but not essential
