Full job description

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative concepts, and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to deliver outstanding work that meets client objectives and exceeds expectations.
Develop creative concepts, strategies, and campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity.
Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Provide guidance and feedback to creative team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design, advertising, and marketing.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
Present creative concepts and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating ideas effectively and persuasively.
Monitor and evaluate the success of creative projects, using data and analytics to inform future strategies and decisions.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the creative team and across the organization.

Desired Skills:

Strong artistic vision and creativity, with a passion for design and storytelling.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles and strategies.

Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that address business objectives and client needs.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of creative work.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and client requirements.

Experience working in a creative agency or similar environment (preferred but not required).

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or related field required; master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Demonstrated portfolio of creative work showcasing innovative concepts, designs, and campaigns.
Experience leading and managing a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and advertising.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of creativity and design.

Salary: as per experience

Schedule:

9:00 A.M to 5:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
