Position: Day Concierge
Location: New Garden Quarter, E15 1GH
Working Hours: 4on 4off 0700-1900
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Development Details:
This role is based in Stratford consisting of 471 residential homes. The development is next door to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It benefits from a 24-hour concierge, nursery, resident’s gymnasium, and beautiful gardens. It is an 8 minute walk to Stratford station and a 5 minute walk to Maryland station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.

Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
