You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. As the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, you'll manage job scheduling, the ordering of materials, and provide essential administrative support.
The offices are based in Enfield, North London and we envisage the role becoming full time as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of jobs for our electrician team, optimising resource allocation and ensuring effective communication with customers about appointments.
- Manage the procurement of materials and supplies, including vendor sourcing, order placement, and delivery tracking.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, maintaining records, updating databases, and generating reports.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Organise and maintain the ServiceM8 job management system with customer enquiries, job schedules, and material orders.
- Collaborate with electricians, management, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support, ideally within the construction or electrical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for engaging effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
