Duties
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with data protection regulations
- Preparing and processing medical documentation, reports, and referrals
- Assisting with billing procedures and insurance claim submissions
- Organising administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Liaising with healthcare providers, patients, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
- Prior administrative experience within a healthcare environment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and medical record management software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
