As a Graphic Designer within our internal marketing team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for designing engaging, industry-leading creative assets that support our paid ads, newsletter, LinkedIn presence, organic social content, website, and broader agency marketing initiatives.
You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing team to help elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of Prospa’s content output across every touchpoint.
Prospa has rapidly grown into a team of 20, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. We offer hybrid working (2 days from home), a vibrant office culture, and regular team events to celebrate successes.

We’re looking for a highly creative individual who takes pride in producing exceptional work and wants to help build one of the leading brands in the E-commerce marketing space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design high-performing creative assets across Prospa’s internal marketing channels
- Create engaging graphics for paid ads, LinkedIn, newsletters, organic social content, website content, and sales collateral
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on campaign concepts and creative direction
- Help evolve and maintain Prospa’s visual brand identity across all touchpoints
- Support content production with design assets that improve engagement and performance
- Stay up to date with creative trends within the DTC and E-commerce space
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of Prospa’s marketing output
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 1+ years graphic design experience is essential
- Strong experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Figma
- Strong understanding of social-first design and digital marketing creative
- Experience creating graphics for paid social and organic content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for branding, layout, and typography
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for design with a strong interest in DTC E-commerce and marketing
- Motion design/video editing experience is a bonus
