Full-time Internal Sales Estimator required for an established automatic door company based in Bromborough, Wirral. Join a successful and growing business full of innovative thinkers, team players and hard workers.
Duties will include:
- Generating small works quotations from engineer recommendations.
- Liaising with Engineers and relevant suppliers to obtain necessary costs.
- Serve as a contact for repair quote inquiries, providing high-quality service to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor the status of outstanding quotes, initiating contact with customers via phone or email to track progress & feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in high pressure office environment is essential.
- A confident individual who is comfortable making decisions.
- Excellent phone manner, and previous experience speaking to customers/suppliers over the phone is essential.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word required.
- Full training will be provided- previous experience in estimating & purchasing is preferable but not essential.
