Medical Receptionist/Administrator over 3 days (18 hours )

We are looking for a keen part time Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy team, working at Culcheth Medical Centre. The successful applicant will be willing to work flexibly when needed, be conscientious, patients focused and have a great work ethic.

The rota may change at short notice to cover sickness and unplanned annual leave.

Reception experience and customer service is desirable but training will be given to the successful candidate. You will work as part of a team of receptionists/administrators, maintaining a high quality and efficient service for the patients, Doctors and Nurses.

For this role you should have a good standard of education and excellent communication skills on the phone and in person. In particular you should be polite and courteous, understanding of patients needs and compassionate. You will be able to work well within a team, be flexible, have accurate keyboard and typing skills, the ability to work under pressure and the skills to work in an admin team.

You will be joining an effective, efficient friendly team who have the patients best interest at the heart of everything they do.

We work hard to achieve the best outcomes for both staff and patients. You must be keen team player and be flexible in your approach and conduct at work.
