What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in assembling and testing electronic modules, ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards. From hands-on manual assembly with precision tools to supporting our environmental and safety practices, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and test electronic modules to a consistently high standard using hand tools.
- Follow workmanship standards and documentation with precision and care.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures in assembly and testing.
- Contribute to achieving departmental goals for cost, delivery, and quality performance.
- Promote good environmental, health, and safety practices, helping to maintain a safe and positive workspace.
- Embody and promote CODEL’s values, inspiring your team with your dedication and positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to assemble products accurately while following instructions.
- Experience using a range of hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical, and mechanical assembly processes.
- Strong manual handling skills and attention to detail.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills to understand safety policies, standards, and instructions.
- A team player who can also work independently and contribute new ideas.
