Artwork Designer (Artworker) — Fast Graphics, Nottingham
Fast Graphics is a busy, fast‑growing print and design company based in Nottingham. We’re looking for a versatile, hands‑on Artworker/Designer to join our office-based team and help turn great ideas into high‑quality print and sales‑winning visuals.
What you’ll do
- Artwork for signage, banners, and promotional goods
- Vehicle graphics setup: panel layouts, scaling, templating, and contour cuts.
- Preflight and prepare customer files for print: checks, corrections, bleed, colour, imposition.
- Produce clear mockups/visuals to help generate and convert sales leads.
- Set up artwork for production and occasionally support on the print floor.
- Handle light admin: job tickets, organisation, order updates, proofs.
- Collaborate with sales and production to deliver accurate, on-time work.
What we’re looking for
- Strong artworker skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Solid understanding of print setup: CMYK/spot colours, resolution, bleed, dielines, fonts.
- Meticulous attention to detail and file accuracy under time pressure.
- Comfortable switching between creative design, production prep, and admin.
- Clear communicator who can interpret briefs and flag issues early.
- Experience in a print/signage/large format environment is a plus.
Role details
- Location: Office-based, Nottingham
- Hours: 8:00–17:00 Monday–Thursday, 8:00–16:00 Friday.
- Employment: Permanent, full-time.
- Start: ASAP.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
