Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Lettings Manager to oversee and expand our property rental service. The successful candidate will manage property valuations, liaise with prospective tenants, assist with the creation of tenancy agreements, coordinate with landlords to maximise occupancy rates. This role requires excellent communication skills, administrative competence, and experience with property management systems. The Lettings Manager will play a vital role in maintaining our company's reputation for professionalism and efficiency in the lettings sector.

The Lettings Manager will drive growth, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants. This is a hands-on role for an experienced property professional ready to take ownership of lettings operations and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day lettings operations, ensuring all properties are marketed and let efficiently
Drive new business generation and build strong relationships with landlords
Ensure compliance with lettings legislation (including the Renters Rights Act) and company procedures
Conduct valuations, property viewings, and negotiate tenancy agreements
Oversee tenant referencing and move-ins
Resolve landlord and tenant queries promptly and professionally
Report on lettings performance and KPIs to management

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a managerial or senior negotiator role
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (ARLA/MNEA qualification a plus but not essential)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Organised, proactive, and target-driven
Full UK driving licence & own car
