We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Executive who is hands-on, organised, and commercially aware - someone who gets things done. You don’t need a marketing degree; we’re looking for energy, curiosity, and a drive to succeed. No two weeks are the same: you’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing across product launches, content, customer insight, and events, gaining exposure to the full marketing function and quickly building a broad, practical skillset.

Responsibilities
- · Drive internal updates on campaigns, product launches, and key activity so all teams stay aligned on what’s happening, when, and why.
· Plan, schedule, and post content across social channels (primarily LinkedIn); support campaign launches and track what’s working.
· Raise POs, track invoices, manage budgets, and keep campaigns, assets, and supplier relationships organised.
· Draft posts, emails, and website updates; pull together content from technical teams; maintain a consistent, sharp brand voice.
· Speak directly with customers (installers, contractors, partners) to gather real market insight and feed it back into marketing, product, and sales.
· Work with PR partners to coordinate activity; support case studies, announcements, and industry communications.
· Brief, coordinate, and manage external video and content creators to ensure output aligns with brand and commercial goals.
· Organise travel, hotels, and itineraries; support exhibitions and industry events to ensure we show up properly and professionally.
· Support the Head of Marketing across multiple projects — step in where needed, bring structure, and help keep momentum across the function.
