Training Coordinator – HGV Training
Location: Wigan
Flexible Hours Available – Full Time (37.5 hrs) or Part Time (Approx. 26 hrs)
Salary:

Full Time: £28,000 – £34,000 DOE
Part Time (26 hrs): £19,500 – £23,500 DOE

We are a growing HGV training business looking for an organised and motivated Training Coordinator to join our team.

We are flexible on hours and are open to either:

1 full-time coordinator, or
2 part-time coordinators

This role would suit somebody who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys dealing with customers and contractors, and can confidently manage training schedules and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Organising and scheduling HGV training courses
Managing customer bookings and training requirements
Liaising with customers, instructors and contractors
Maintaining records using Google Sheets and internal systems
Ensuring training requirements and deadlines are met
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process
Supporting day-to-day operations and administration

Requirements

Strong organisational and communication skills
Good knowledge of Google Sheets and general computer systems
Customer-focused with a professional attitude
Ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively
Experience within transport, logistics or HGV training would be beneficial but not essential
