We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Development Coordinator to join our Liverpool team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting development initiatives, and working within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of development projects and operational initiatives. You will work closely with internal departments, stakeholders, contractors, and management teams to ensure projects progress efficiently and successfully.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate development projects and day-to-day operational activities
Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Prepare reports, project updates, and administrative documentation
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project milestones
Organise meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communications
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and project files
Assist with budgeting, procurement coordination, and resource planning
Support compliance and quality assurance processes
Contribute to process improvements and development strategies

Requirements

Previous experience in project coordination, development support, operations, or a similar role
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience within property, construction, or development sectors is advantageous
