An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Partner level, to join us in our Cirencester office. The successful candidate will work self-sufficiently to run and develop their own caseload whilst collaborating with the Head of Department to grow the department’s reach across the firm’s offices.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling commercial property cases and possess the skills necessary to the level of a Partner or currently be operating in a Partner role.

Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office for group onboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usual place of work is therefore required.
Manage a varied caseload – Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, development work and other commercial property matters from start to finish.

Provide clear, expert advice – Draft and negotiate contracts, prepare legal documents, and give practical, solution-focused guidance.

Build client relationships – Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders to deliver seamless transactions and excellent service.

Support and mentor others – Share knowledge, guide junior colleagues and play an active role in the team’s success.
