Job role: Court Liaison Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Harlow, office based
Shifts: 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Reporting to: Court Liaison Manager
Introduction
Reporting to, and working closely with, the Court Liaison Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring new cases are correctly captured on Case Management System (CMS) and submissions to Court are thorough and accurate.
You will have a strong background within an administration function with a proven, demonstrable record of attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and action emails, sifting, reporting, actioning as appropriate
- Create new instructions within CMS onto our case management system (CMS)
- Review client instruction for errors and omissions and take appropriate steps when identified
- Follow client specific instruction to create bulk cases on CMS
- Import data files via remote desktop
- Generate documentation packs for Court submission
- Liaise with Courts to identify available submission volumes & receive updates
- Allocate cases to each Court according to document type
- Prepare and send client confirmation
- Recognise and action client requests to hold or close case
- Liaise with clients regarding rejections & work to resubmit
- Provide scheduled and ad hoc reports to internal and external parties
- Contribute to the improvement of policy, process, controls and reports
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties as requested by Management as may from time to time be reasonably required
- Remain up to date with all relevant policy, procedures and process guides and undertake training as required to remain proficient in role
Essential Requirements
- Ability to work on own initiative and recognise priorities.
- Organised with demonstrable attention to detail.
- Ability to identify errors in written data.
- Adaptable and quick to pick up new skills.
- IT literate – proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word & Excel
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of High Court & Enforcement industry
Training Requirements
- Court Enforcement Services system operation
- High Court/ HMCTS/ HCEOA- applicable regulation, legislation, and codes of conduct

Pay: £26,227.50-£28,000.00 per year
