Full job description

As a Group Exercise Instructor your role will be vital to the delivery of the Group Exercise programmes at the club.

It will be your responsibility to plan and deliver, fun and engaging group exercise classes. You will also be responsible for routine checks, housekeeping standards and customer safety within the class environment.

As you go about your work, you will regularly interact with customers and will do so in a warm and welcoming way. You will often be the team member that customers build a relationship and trust with, and therefore you will have a great deal of responsibility for representing Tru Gym in a professional and efficient manner; remaining calm in difficult situations, being proactive in dealing with issues yourself where possible or reporting immediately to management if not.
