As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a Lettings Associate to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional living experience across our regional properties.
The Role
As a Lettings Associate, you will be the face of our business across your designated patch, managing the full resident journey from initial enquiry and viewing through to move-out.
This is a field-based position combining elements of lettings, property management, and customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being out on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the resident journey, from viewings to move-out
- Conduct property viewings, move-ins, move-outs, and mid-term inspections
- Monitor property condition, report issues, and ensure maintenance works are completed to a high standard
- Manage inventories, compliance checks (including Right to Rent), and internal system updates
- Act as the on-the-ground representative for the business, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support health & safety standards across developments
About You
- Previous experience within residential lettings or property management
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own diary effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence essential
