Receptionist

Job Description:

Hains & Lewis is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. This position is responsible for answering the telpehone, greeting clients and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors.
Answer phone calls and transfer them to the staff members.
Prepare mail for delivery to the correct personnel.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, faxing, etc., as assigned.
Scan documents into document management system and organise into different folders/file areas.
Ensure office is kept clean and organised at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Attention to detail required; Knowledge of office equipment required (e.g.,telephone/ photocopier); Ability to multi-task/switching between different computer programs simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience. Salary commensurate with experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,132.00-£25,000.00 per year
