Junior Project Manager (Software Implementation)
Role Summary
You will play a key role in the successful implementation of our e-Delphyn blood bank management software at the Welsh Blood Service (WBS) in Cardiff. Working closely with our implementation team and WBS stakeholders, you will help coordinate project activities, manage timelines, track progress, facilitate training and go-live support, and ensure smooth adoption of the system in a regulated healthcare environment.

Location: Primarily based in Cardiff (WBS sites), with hybrid working options (office/remote balance to be agreed).
Reporting to: [Senior Project Manager / Implementation “the UK Implementation Manager”]
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Gross Salary: £36,000 (thirty-six thousand pounds) to £46,000
Pension: Auto-enrolment into Company Pension Scheme (we match up to 5% employee contribution)
Holiday: 25 days per year + 8 bank holidays (pro-rated in first year)
Probation Period: 6 months
Notice Period: 1 month during probation, 2 months thereafter

Salary reviews will take place annually, with the first review after 12 months of service.
Key Responsibilities (summary)
Support the planning and delivery of e-Delphyn implementation projects at WBS.
Coordinate with internal teams, WBS users, and third-party suppliers.
Track project progress, risks, and issues using standard project tools.
Assist with user training, data migration support, and post-go-live hypercare.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
